Stratocaster Installations $4,200 (Customer supplies guitar parts)
The Strat™ installation is clean and precise. The LCD readout is handsomely located on the upper horn and no trim is used around the mechanical on the face of the guitar. The comfort curves and belly cuts on the stock Strat™ body interfere with the installation of the computer and LCD readout. To solve this for the hard core Strat players, we take the parts from a Strat supplied by the customer and install them on a new body that we make from a variety of woods. The body is then painted a solid color of your choice. The additional $800 above the base installation price covers the new body and paint job.The neck pocket is milled to add a neck angle of 1.5 to 2.5 degrees. The addition of the neck angle raises the strings in the bridge area from 3/8” to 5/8”. The addition of the neck angle allows the body thickness to remain 1¾”, the same as that of a standard Strat™. Strat™ models require a rear cover plate that is over-the-back instead of recessed. This is due to the thin body thickness.Upgrade the Strat™ Performer™ with the Piezo Rocker Bridge and the Synthesizer 13 pin output for the ultimate tuning and sound experience.Various photos of the Performer™ installed in our Strat™ replica are shown in the photo gallery below.

Telecaster Installations $3,400 (Customer supplies guitar)
The Tele™ installation is a favorite of country and rock performers. The LCD readout is handsomely located on the upper bout and no trim is used around the mechanical on the face of the guitar.
The stock Tele™ bridge plate is modified and reused to house the bridge pickup. The neck pocket is milled to add a neck angle of 1.5 to 2.5 degrees. The addition of the neck angle raises the strings in the bridge area from 3/8” to 5/8”. The addition of the neck angle allows the installation to fit into stock Tele™ bodies as thin as 1¾”. Telecaster models require a rear cover plate that is over the back face of the body instead of recessed. This is due to the thin body thickness.

Les Paul™ Installations $3,400 (Customer supplies guitar)
The Performer™ was originally designed for the Les Paul™ style family of guitars and the Les Paul™ installations remain our most popular models today. The sturdy neck through construction and select tone woods produce a rich sound that accentuates the droning of the strings during tuning changes.
The Les Paul™ family uses a recessed rear cover plate and custom designed String Lock that keeps the strings within five cents of their initial frequency and holds the strings firmly in place during operation.

Chet Atkins SST Installations $4,975.00 (Customer supplies guitar)
It’s been a long time coming, and now its here. A model designed to cater to acoustic players that want the luxury of changing tunings on the fly.
The Performer™ installed in the Chet Atkins SST coupled with our new Piezo Rocker Bridge delivers superb acoustic tone and the look, feel, and sound of a modern traditional acoustic guitar. The Piezo Rocker Bridge was designed to solve the need for the perfect Piezo sound while allowing frictionless movement of the strings over the bridge saddles. The Piezo transducer is provided by Highlander Pickups and is coupled directly into the stock Gibson™ preamp.
The Rocker Bridge design keeps the strings at a constant length to maintain proper string intonation during tuning changes. This model is being offered with D’Addario nickel strings in standard gauge sets from 9-42 to 12-52. The installation includes a modification to the body to allow for the LCD to fit in the upper edge. After the modification, the back and edges of the guitar are painted black followed by several coats of clear.
We have installed the Performer™ into a Chet Atkins SST steel string model for Robert Hunter of the Grateful Dead. Mr. Hunter touted that he did an A/B test before and after the installation, and in his words, “the new bridge sounds much better than the Gibson™ stuff”.
Piezo Rocker Bridge – Our Acoustic Solution $1,000.00
Our repetitive efforts to install the Performer™ in an acoustic guitar were abandoned when it was decided that the acoustic installation did not, and possibly could not, sound as good “unplugged” as it should for the price.
Our acoustic solution is the introduction of the Piezo Rocker Bridge. This bridge is the only one of its kind in the world. The Piezo Rocker Bridge, shown in the photos below, provides superior Piezo sound, frictionless movement at the bridge saddles, and keeps the string intonation length constant. This bridge uses the highest quality electronics. The customer chooses the placement of the volume on/off control and the configuration of the audio output jacks. Either a stereo jack or two mono outputs are offered.
We use the Piezo Rocker Bridge to create two solutions for the acoustic player. The first solution is to add the Piezo Rocker Bridge on an electric guitar installation, which gives the electric guitar the ability to have magnetic output, Piezo output, and a blending of the two. The second solution is the Piezo Rocker Bridge installed in the Gibson Chet Atkins SST™ solid body acoustic model.
Synth Output $750.00
We’ve outdone ourselves on this one; just imagine combining the features of the Performer™ with a synthesizer!!! The outputs of the Performer’s™ hex pickup (located forward of the bridge) are coupled into the Roland GT-3 Pickup Kit and sent to a 13 pin synth jack on the side of the guitar (shown). If you play a synth, you’ll love this modification. Through our hex pickup, synthesizer and sound modeling processors track the strings with superb accuracy. Give your performance a boost with the sounds of strings, keyboards, horns and even 12-string emulation in virtually any tuning. You can plug into any synthesizer on the market today that runs from the 13 pin jack. This upgrade is truly fun.
